RO is advisible only if water supply in yours area is of very poor quality, otherwise use normal aquaguard water purifier because RO removes even the essential minerals from your water.

For normal body needs normal mineral supported water is advisable. R O water is devoid of minerals and so is not advised. If you drink it you are required to supplement minerals from other sources.
