Most of the programming is syndicated from a central location and sent to all the affiliate stations via satellite. So, most of it is pre-recorded then assembled and distributed. However, as the other answer said, some is live, especially the portions that come from your local station. Obviously if a station street team is at a retail location, they are live and from the local station.
