I really don't think so.  At least not at this time.  Randy Orton is doing fine on his own and doesn't need to be surrounded by a group.

He was scouting Batista as a possible rival for the WHC in the future, I think.  And he punked out Rhodes and Dibiase in his promo.  He had to follow through when they confronted him later, by slapping Rhodes and telling them to be men and go get their titles back.  I really don't think there is anything more to it than that.

In actual fact, Randy Orton is gonna start a generation stable

From what we seen on Raw It will be Randy Orton as the leader, Priceless and maybe someone else

They will be like Evolution but lead by Randy Orton

This has been planned since DiBiase debuted, It was originally gonna be second generation wrestlers like Rhodes, DiBiase, DH Smith and Carlito as the leader but WWE stopped that when everything started to happen with Carlito asking for his release, DH was drafted

so it looks like WWE are gonna give this another go

no lol batista will never agree with ortan coz there is no ric flair so no evolution again if ric  is there i think then have a chance but now no chance
