Seeing as his fabulous amature boxing career didn't pan out...and I'm pretty sure he really has a lisp, I'm going with yes.

The comparison is definitely valid. Ray is a big boxing fan and loves Mike Tyson. Early in his career, he had Mike Tyson painted on his mask. He later removed it at the bequest of the Senators' management. If you saw him fight Andrew Peters of Buffalo last season, then you know he has a little crazy to him as well. Who grins like an idiot when in a fist fight?
