Is Regis a good place to get "scene" hair?

i know its kinda extreme, but its what i want and what i'm getting.

can i go to any salon and get it done?

is Regis a good place?

and will they know exactly what to do when i show them this pic?

You may have to buy some extensions! Cause it looks like she has some in. I'm not sure of Salons do the raccoon tail thing, but someone could try it. It is very extreme, are you sure you want to do this?

its different and neat. but yeah i think regis would be a good place deffiniley. but before hand show them the pic if they think they cant just simply go somewhere else

no salon!! they messedd my friends up i usually go to places like toni&guy!! best place ever might be a little pricey though.

Regis is always good. Take the picture to the salon first and ask if they have someone who is really good at that. Ask the manager. Cute hair BTW!

Yeah I get my hair cut / colored there a lot. It's nice. but it all depends on the person who does it.
