Is Rewards1.com 100% safe, reliable, and NOT A SCAM?

ok ive heard about rewards1.com and ppl say its legit but then there others that say it isn't.

i went to the mcafees site advisor website and put rewards1.com in and it said it wa safe but then it said ppl have said it was a scam before.

please tell me if it is absolutely positively 100 percent ok for me to use and safe and reliable and if it is or is not a scam and please

be honest.

please give me details and experience and proof and sources.
