Technically, he's already back..He appeared after the draft and had a VERY short match with Santino, but apparently his injuries weren't fully healed. Right now WWE is working him into a storyline with Kane. Kane apparently stole Mysterio's spirit. I bet they'll have a match at Unforgiven.
