Yes the doors will be closing Aug. 13th.  I beilieve the partners have come to the decision they can no longer co-exist.  Its a shame, the food was great !

If the deal with Genentech goes through, YES it will close. Most probably the deal will be accepted. But it will be 3-4 months before that happens.
