Is Rocket Warrior - CT2-EN005 deystroyed when his effect is in effect in attacking a monster with higher atk?

In Rocket Warrior - CT2-EN005's effect it says that the battle damage as a result of battle is zero but it doesn't say whether or not it is destroyed that is where i'm confused :/

When battle damage to Rocket Warrior is to 0, Rocket Warrior is NOT destroyed. Which is the same thing as Waboku, since all battle damage was decreased to 0, all monsters on the controller's side is not destroyed.
