  1. I personally believe its Nadal

...he doesn't star in foreign commercials(including america..which Djokovic and federer does)

...he still lives in his birth place with his family and is very respecting..

...if you watch any interviews he doesn't exaggerate anything and he keeps it simple..

...he hasn't big statement about being #1 either..

Federer was enjoying his #1 palace...until Nadal answered...which federer couldn't respond to the pressure.

And it really ticks me off that he blamed a big part of his loss in Wimbledon on Bad Lighting.

...But he is a great human being, and if Nadal was #1 at being humble, then Federer would definatly come in 2nd and the difference would be minimal.

  2. No. All the talk about him being "the best player to hold a racket" has gotten into his head. He has had a lot of disappointing results and imo, he hasn't handled it well.

  3. He really is. He wins like a champion and loses like one too. Plus, he has nothing but the nicest things to say about Rafa after he loses to him or wins against him. I like him.

  4. I believe he is. He seems like such a cool guy. I started crying when I heard that he had lost his number one spot to Nadal. Oh, well. I stil think Federer is the greatest.

  5. Pretty much so, no body else on the tour, come to think of it. And he is THE gentleman on or off the court.

  6. Yes! For example, when Roger didn't win Wimbledon he still congratulated Nadal even when it was a very hard time for him and not only that, but in every game. Roger Federer has a lot of sportsmanship and is definitely the most humble tennis player!!

  7. Yes, Federer is! He is the best tennis player in the world and he is so awesome. I wish I could meet him.

  8. nadal and federer are both humble on court, but i think nadal has more humility off the court.  for one, he really made it a point to stay at the olympic village and immerse himself in the atmosphere of the games.  he knew that he's going to get a lot of attention, but he just took everything in stride and still found way to win the gold!

  9. Congratulating the champion that you lost to is not being humble.  You're almost obligated to so you don't get called an a*****e.  Nadal is the most humble person I've ever seen.  He downplays every win. Never says that he has the advantage, he always talks as if he's playing an evenly matched player, even if they're barely ranked lol.  He has the same mindset when he was ranked 50th to 2nd and he has said the same things as his #1 spot now.  Federer had a history of being very .. .. bitchy and whiny when he wasn't #1.  And this year he's been downplaying Nadal's achievements by saying 'oh he's great but I still think I have the advantage' .. and then loses it .. again and again.  He seems like he's being a jerk again.  French, Wimbledon, Olympics, he downplayed Nadal's crazy season.  But Federer IS the best player to ever live.  Just not as humble and respectful as Nadal.

  10. No, I think Nadal is more humble. I've seen Federer put some people in their place (i.e. Roddick) once he beats them. This is not to say that Federer isn't one of the most humble sportsmen I have ever seen! But I do think Nadal is more humble. He went so far as to apologize to Federer when he took him out in the French Open. He also says, along with many other people, that he doesn't think of himself as #1 and Federer as #2; it's like have a #1a and #1b. He really doesn't consider himself better than Federer, so this is why I think Nadal is even more humble than the insanely humble Federer!

  11. Yeah, there's no doubt about it.
