Is Rogers Video Direct good?

I have had nothing but a bunch of unfilled promises made by this auto bot firm. They seem to have a special slow service arranged where as mail sent to them takes one or two days but mail they send back can take a week. You can have a ziplist of 60 dvd's and yet they will not be able to find one to send back , sometimes for days. It is impossible to get any answers from them as there entire system is an automated pile of gibberish that makes it difficult to make any specific inquiries for help. I could see this being a good service if you live in the arctic circle and the closet video store is 1000 miles away.

I had problems with them too. I stopped doing business with them.
