no hes not real hes one of thoes fake chaarcters like dora and barney but the person the runs it is ronald but he doesnt look like that but i think he might die soon very old hes about i hurd 54 years old

There have been a bunch of different actors playing Ronald McDonald over the years...

If you don't see him in the ads for a while, it usually means the last guy quit, and they're training a new one.  They want you to forget what the last one looked like, so you won't notice when you see the new guy.
