to early to determine that man, he hasnt been a manager that long, but he can credit him for his first season in charge he promoted his team back to the EPL and managed to keep them there for another, so yeah he's def a very good manager, if he goes to a more challenging club and for sure he establish himself as a very good manager and if he did learn from SAF im sure he'll become a hall of fame manager.
