Is Ruger Air Hawk a good pellet gun?

The Air Hawk is a relatively new air rifle, and I have not had the chance to handle/shoot one yet. I suspect they are going to be similar in power, accuracy, quality to the Crosman, Phantom, Storm XT, Quest, etc.

If it is Ruger, it is probably top quality. They have been in the firearms business a long time.
