I like limbaugh's point of view...He stirs up a lot of controversy. which stirs up copy for the press & his employers, which creates money for them, which is their ultimate goal. I'm assuming they've done their math, and have concluded that he is worth it to them, and are therefore willing to pay him cause they stand to profit far beyond what his salary amounts to. If he can get them to pay it, more power to him.

I'm not a fan of limbaugh, but I think he earns his money.

As the chief apologist for the big corporations he's great at deflecting criticisim for our countries ills.

He has a lot of people thinking that it is ok to love America, while hating the government.

Like Lincoln said "you can fool all the people some of the time, some of the people all the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time"

Limbaugh caters to the second group.

But then I don't think major league athletes are worth their salaries ......... what every happened to playing for the love of the game?

Then  talk show hosts are just paid a ridiculous amount...Howard Stern receives $500 million salary per his 5-year contract ~~ then lets add on his bonuses and get truly ridiculous
