Is Russia The Capital of Brazil?

I have been told by Tony Blair, who is my cousin once removed that Russia Is located in the Amazon Rainforest and I was wondering because Russia is so Famous...whether it is the capital?

  16. mmmm, i heard that as well must be a rumor going around. when i was five this Russian amazon told me but I'm not sure if he was just a bum he was carrying a trolley around with cans in though he had a poison arrow frog attached to his nose so it can go either way concerning is authenticity. well i know Russia is in Asia which is where the amazon rain forest is located near Cambodia or what ever so its probably true why else would it be so famous. also i hear there was this leader called swallowface he is very famous cause he had a giant face.
