The Russian fate reminds me alot of Germany's after WW1. Germany was a strong, powerful, proud nation before and in WW1; they didn't have democracy before WW1 and when they got democracy after WW1 the country was poor, lost its international power and felt ashamed. When Hitler began talking about giving Germany power again the Germans didn't care about democracy they would rather their country to be rich and strong again.
Anything you watch about Russia today and anyone who talks about it after they've returned after the soviet union collapsed. You see how the Russians don't care about democracy as much and would rather their country to be strong again. Because they feel ashamed of how their country has become compared to what it use to be.
Is Russia like Germany? Will Russians prefere to have a strong country over democracy. Will they grow strong again and be aggresive. Putin has already been hostile to the west and has talked about pointing nukes at Ukraine because of disputes.
