Impossible.  Look at the history of Chinese, they are not united.  They have their own internal problem to resolve - Tibet and XinJiang.  They do not have sufficient resources to take over the world.  The Russia also unable to make it by herself and Russian and Chinese do not trust each other since Qing Dynasty.  We can see that USA, whole Europe and Japan will be a very strong entity and still be dominant.

Whether Russia and China take over the world or not is irrelevant as capitalism is the supreme ruler. Russia is open to the world and China is on their way ... it's not a matter of any one country ruling the world as numbers, technology, and wealth are the major influences of the world. Each major country has had an impact on every other country and we are more global then we have ever been. As of recently Russia was an open market for capitalization. China is opening up more and more to capitalization. The life Americans and other countries enjoy will still be the same ... people buying and selling this or that ... a global market of brainless consumers who live to feed their desires and there will always be the middle East and Africa trying to blow every body up because they have nothing better to do then fight over a desert, oil, and hope for the coming Apocalypse to put them out of their misery.

Russia and China do not have the forces to take over the world, or win a war against the US and or NATO, Russia is nothing compared to what they were during the cold war or before it, they have lost their strength.

China and Russia are smart enough to stay away from a war with NATO.
