Is Russia scared of sanctions?

Do you think Russia is withdrawing its troops because they fear America will sanction them. Are they scared of the sanctions that America will give them? is that one of the reason why they are withdrawing its troops from Iraq.

they have no fear they have nukes and communist allies like china and cuba and iran . the only thing that can be done is put nato in georgia and lets get it on . russia wants a war with the usa and its allies

Sanctions had never worked in the history especially the sactions coming from Uncle Sam. Russia does not do too much business with Western nations. It is the European nations who needs Russi'a oil and natural gas. Russia and China can form a strong alliance to take care of each other's needs sufficiently.
