Probably not...are you referencing anything specific when you ask this?

Edit: I think he is just adjusting to being a manager...manager's should yell at the umps more than the players...manager's need to protect their players when their is a questionable call...so I don't think he is crazy...he is just adjusting to his managerial position.

No, he's not crazy. He's the greatest living 2nd baseman. Of course, he DID suffer through all those years of being a Cub fans' favorite, so he's probably not entirely sane, either.
