The term "best guild" is very subjective. Both guilds are in the range where it's next to impossible to evaluate differences, as evidenced by the WoWJutsu rankings linked below.

The last couple of major world firsts were done by SK Gaming. So far, they've been the most successful guild in Sunwell Plateau. You could probably consider them to be the top raiding guild at the moment.
