All oils are raw if they are cold pressed, safflower like sunflower and other nut and seed oils are not pressed but ground and the mash pressed more in a hydraulic mill like a meat grinder to extract the oils, no heat is used, so all safflower oil is raw.

I am a former chef and use either canola or sunflower oil, peanut for asian dishes.
