  1. parliament tried to push legislation through to ban it, but at the moment it is still legal here in the UK

Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Spain, and Sweden are the only countires to have banned it at the moment

  2. At the time of writing, Salvia Divinorum (leaf, extracts, tinctures, etc) are 100% legal in London and the rest of the UK.

The Coffeesh0p ( http://www.coffeesh0p.com ) is a UK only business and they sell a lot of salvia, I wouldn't worry!

If I were you though, I'd keep any salvia products in your main luggage rather than your hand luggage or on your person. If, for some reason it's found on you, chances are airport security will not know what it is and keep you aside until they work out a) what it is and b) that it's legal. If it's in your main luggage, it will only be subjected to sniffer dogs, which can NOT smell salvia divinorum - Dogs have to be trained to smell individual substances, so the police wouldn't bother to train them to detect legal substances.

    Happy travelling!
