Is Sam's club Canada the same as Samsclub.com?

Well, I'm planning to buy an acoustic guitar. But I found one on samsclub.com but I live In Canada, My mom doesn't want to ship it cause she said it's not safe for it. Please help:)

SAM's Club Canada is part of the same corporation as SAM's Club in USA. It is the Canadian division.

However, SAM's Canada may not purchase the same merchandise for the Canadian stores as they do for their American stores. This is because some items are not available for sale in Canada, or their supplier may have a different model that is designated for the Canadian market.

And you would most likely not be able to order from samsclub.com and have it shipped to a Canadian location. Not even if you asked to have it sent to your local SAM's Club Canada store.

It all depends on their corporate policies as well as government regulations about certain products.

Same company, but they might not ship to Canada (yes, even if they have Canadian locations).  Check their FAQ page, or the "Shipping Info" page.
