Is Sam Allardyce going to be able to bolster his squad in the summer?

Is there plenty of money in Blackburn Rovers' transfer kitty, or is Big Sam going to have to get creative (which would be more than any of his teams have ever achieved - kidding!)?

Allardyce should be okay, according to Rovers chairman John Williams, who says that come the Summer, there will be some spending money. Allardyce is reportedly interested in bringing in a striker and a midfielder, and although money is tight at the club Williams says that the Club can buy without selling - using some of the money from the sale of Benni McCarthy to West Ham earlier this year.  Not that £2 million goes especially far in the Premier League...
