I'm buying an mp3 in amazon and i need to know if i can use this expansion slot with the SanDisk Sansa e250 with microSD Expansion slot...

  1. No, the e250 is not compatible with micro SD HC cards, it can only take cards up to 2GB.  Their newer player, the Sansa Fuze will support the high capacity cards, but not the e200 series.
