Its kirara but in the japanese language the r is pronounce like l because of the way they place their tongues when they say r... so its pronounce kilala... hope this helps :D

In Japanese language, the name Kirara is pronounced as Kilala, because there is no such thing as the letter or character of R. So, it'll sound either like an L or an R.

In English dubbed version, most of the group would yell out Kilala, but Kirara's name is spelled that way.

but i can understand y u might be confused coz kilala spelled in j*p is kirara because there is no l in the j*p alphabet so they replace the letter l with r instead so yeah.... i dont know if you have seen this but in dbz games that r in j*p krillins name is spelt so differently!

its actually kirara in the japanese, but how they say their "r"s makes them sound like "l" s so in the english anime they just call her kilala, i call her kilala so *shrugs* hehe =D

Well, you see, unless you're already aware of this, the Japanese language does not make usage of the letter L and any word containing it will usually be replaced with an R, therefore it's possible that fansubs will use "Kirara", whereas the dub will use "Kilala". Both can be used.
