I'm guessing not, as she doesn't have that Pentecostal hair pulled up into a tight bun and seems see does wear makeup, unlike the usual pale weather beaten look usually found with Pentecostal women.

On the other hand, the websites discussing this suddenly had the info pulled, what's up wit that?

What you're referring to are the Pentecostals who still practice the old ways, they are called 'snake handlers' and reside mostly in the southeast and mountainous regions, like Appalacia, predominantly in southeastern Kentucky and West Virginia...There aren't many of them left.

The sect that Palin belongs to has a rather large following, known as 'Assemblies Of God', they are more modern and progressive...So no, they don't act as you have desribed.

She is in denial about evolution (is a creationist). Which comes as no surprise since the Republicans as a party are still stuck in the 19th Century.

Also, as a beauty queen contestant and a winner of Miss Congeniality, she believes in the objectification and degradation of women, even if it is herself.

She is uber religious....she is pro creationism being taught in public schools, anti environment, and her stance on abortion is disgusting. She believes abortion should be banned in every single case...rape, incest, to protect the life of the mother....all would be banned.
