  1. She would better be ! Because with a potential President, that , statistically speaking can die in office , she'll have to take over the Oval Office,.!!!!

Seriously, I think she can be ready. To the contrary of popular belief ,you don't have to be a technocrat to be a leader . The Administration with the departments heads is there to advise and carry out policies . A leader has to be someone with vision , someone with common sense ,someone with strong character ,  someone to establish the best policies for the country. He has to have the ability to surround himself ( or herself ) with the right advisers .

If we were to elect a manager for the country then he would have to be

    a Economist , a financier , a Army general , a Physician , a diplomat, a lawyer , an accountant, etc, etc...All in one . Impossible .

  2. No less ready than bush was in 2000, and look where we are at today!

  3. Yes.  Because you know Obama isn't .

  4. sure. she has a v****a, right? let's make history.

  5. Of course she is. Besides she will be the VICE-President, not the president.  she has been a Mayor and is now the Govenor of Alaska,,, the largest state in the country. They have more issues that most can think about. Alaska has to deal with 3 countries as part of their location... 1. the US, 2. Canada, 3. Russia

She may not be perfect, but who is?

    remember "people want change"

  6. No. Sarah Palin has been governor for twenty months of a small state. She seems to change her mind depending on what will get her ahead.

Her much discussed by Republicans "executive duties" included making her assistant write her personal thank you notes on the town's dime. But... get this... she did apologize. I wonder if she reimbursed the town coffers. Ready to lead? Please. None of us want to go down that path.

  7. Your avatar is winking at me. =)))))))))))))

  8. More so than Obama, but she is not running for POTUS

  9. Yup. Ready to lead us all right off the edge of the earth.

  10. h**l yeah.

  11. She is not ready to lead her family.

  12. Yeah she is. I mean McCain's warranty is only so long :D But her achievement as governor of ALASKA (It's one of the biggest states in the US not small in one bit) + alaska has the population of Delaware.

  13. She just a Celebrity for the republicans

  14. If you think yes than yes.by my view she take her family first, than nation.i am sure most mother don't want young daughter be a mother in very young age.most mother wish they get good education, learn some facts about real life, than,,,,,she didn't give time to her daughter.how she going to give time to her young son/grand son?and who don't know what best for own child how they lead nation?if she is in white house with McCain what we get from them?they make law every 17 old get pregent either they don't love America just like bush.when people don't support he said they don't support us.

  15. Does it really matter?  Look at the past 2 Vice Presidents.  Al Gore played golf or something for the 8 years of Clinton's era, and d**k Cheney went hunting.  If she gets the job, she may get more media coverage than the past VP's, but not by much.

  16. Sarah Palin is interested in Alaska first.  She has never done anything politically in favor of the United States of America.

  17. Sad but true, she is not ready to lead and McCain did not pick her so  she can lead but to be a s*x symbol on the stage of the RNC. It is an insult to all  women that she's been picked for her looks not her brain or experience. McCain like many older people, thinks he is going to live forever but if he wins and dies as P we'll have quite a messy woman in charge of our country. 'Charity begins at home'.

Repub family for democrat. Time for change time for peace.

  18. No she's ready to follow ... the ultra-right-wing conservatives with money. That's why she got nominated. McCain wanted Lieberman. But, his campaign got it's arm twisted by the ultra-right-wing conservative business leaders who threatened to pull their money out of his campaign if he didn't pick someone who was the embodiment of their conservative ideals.

That's why no one ever heard of Palin before. h**l, McCain himself had met her only once before naming her as his running mate.

McCain's "choice" for his VP candidate just goes to show that a Republican president would always be at the beck and call of conservative big business. He can't even make his own choice for VP without having his entire campaign threatened to be derailed by his biggest donors. How's he going to run the country with that kind of pressure that he has demonstrated he will capitulate to?

And what happens if he croaks in office? Then we have Sarah "GOP Lock-Step" Palin as president and everything will go to h**l.

  19. No.  Neither is Obama.  Both do not have the experience.  At least Palin has some record of achievement as governor.  Obama seems to have little as US Senator.

  20. Credential?  You have to have some kind of intelligence hasn't the Bush 8 years proved that the Republicans has a puppet administrations in the White House.

Since she has been chosen she has not come up for not ONE interview.  Where have she been.  They have been pumping her with what to say.  How many times is America going to let them fool you.

  21. This country?

    No.

Imagine a country where abortion is illegal - even if you were raped by someone who infected you with a deadly virus which was passed on to your baby.  Sarah's rules say you WILL have that baby.

Imagine a country with species of animals disappearing, never to be seen again.  Sarah's rules say that ALL life is sacred (unless you're an animal she wants to kill for fun or profit).

Imagine children being taught 2 completely different versions of how the planet Earth was created. Sarah's rules say that Creationism will be taught in schools along side science. Science says that dinosaurs were around millions of years ago and died out before early man.  Creationism says dinosaurs lived in the same time as people did.

A bit confusing to all of us, not only the kids who will hear these conflicting "facts" for their entire school career.

To vote for the Repub ticket only because there is a woman running will only validate those who still believe woman aren't as smart as men (and there's a TON of men out there who still think that!)

  22. Yes she is yes she can.

  23. She need to lead her family and not the country!!
