She really slapped the chosen one down in one simple sentence...I noticed obama hasn't refuted what she said...lol...you know the obamas are seething...Sarah Barracuda is sharp as a tack...I can't wait to watch her make biden look like a blabbering idiot....she is my new hero...

Errrrr, yeah, Skater's right, and let's not forget that she also successfully mislead the entire RNC by saying she was against the bridge to nowhere, when infact she voted for it at first and then said no...hmmmm? Isn't that what the Republicans call a FLIP FLOP? I'm sorry that you couldn't see that, oh and besides Obama has more experience in Politics than Palin will ever have, she says she tamed the Alaskan budget of what...12 billion dollars, I mean seriously, in a state of just over 600,000, that really shouldn't be hard. And if she's so staunchly anti-democrat, then why did she compare her small town roots to the democrat and one of the most unpopular presidents Harry Truman (that was her opening sentence). People wake up, this chick is not going to be able to stand up on her own two feet with her radical ideas. The only thing worse than her is a third Bush term and that (thank god) can't happen. (Because of Republicans jealous of FDR's enormous popularity by the way)

Republican party has appointed women to power and dems can't stand it! did you see the Clinton news network {CNN} last night? They had NOBODY defending her on Larry King! It was three anti-Woman women ripping on her and acting like Obama is a god!

Yea I'm sure the responsibilities are overwhelming in a town of 6500. It's ruff deciding how much money to spend on plowing snow in a town that has it year round. There are gas stations with a higher budget then her whole town had.

I'm sure it was a managing nightmare ... give me a break ...

1. Just because Obama hasn't responded yet doesn't mean he wont.  You'll hear from him soon enough.

2. The line you've posted of what she said is perhaps the most up front slap in the face to him and other community workers in the U.S.  By saying that, she's managed to anger a good chunk of the population that actually gets things done.  Especially since community organizers often organize elections this was a bad choice.

3. I guarantee you'll watch Biden destroy her in the debates.  While Palin is a good speaker, she says very little on the issues and only seems to know how to attack.  Without the experience that Biden's had, she's going to have an uphill battle in any debate against him.  Just being a pretty speaker with a sharp tongue isn't good enough.

And being a member of the State Senate of a state with a population 20 times that of her entire state (2,000 times that of her town) somehow got left off her list of his responsibilities. No surprise, really, as Republicans and veracity are not usually on speaking terms.

Sarah Palin is wonderful. She is just what we need a real person and not a politician lawyer looking for a book deal or a way to line their own pockets. She will make Biden look like a school boy at the debates. I was lukewarm on McCain until he chose Palin. I have new found respect for McCain when he chose Palin.

She did a bang up job presenting herself as baselss attacker, offering no solutions to the war or economy.

They've come out against the life-saving possibilities of stem cell research.

They don't even mention protecting equal pay for equal work.

They support huge tax cuts for the wealthiest 2% of Americans.

They've almost completely ignored the $10 billion we're spending every month in Iraq.

And they make zero exceptions for a woman's right to choose -- even in cases of rape, incest, or to protect the life of the mother.

If that all sounds like more of the same, that's because it is.

Well, I'm from Illinois and I would like to get rid of our Senator but not if it means giving him the presidency.

And yes, Sarah (Getter Done) Palin is a great choice.
