  1. Sarnia is a town of approximately 72,000 people.  It's a border town, located on Lake Huron/St. Clair River and is directly across from Port Huron, Michigan.  The two are connected by a bridge.

I'm from Windsor, about an hour away going via the States.  Detroit to Port Huron to Sarnia.  Don't know much about nightlife in Sarnia.  There's a small (charity) casino and a racetrack.  The main industry used to be oil/petroleum - not sure if that's still the case.

Climate-wise, Sarnia is about the same as it is here in Windsor.

    Spring - April, May

    Summer - June, July, August

    Fall - September, October

    Winter - November through March

Summer can be hot and humid and winter can be cold and snowy.
