Is Saudi Arabia a third world country or first world country?

Saudi Arabia is considered as a First world country because of it's OIL & where as talking about Education It is still considered as Lack Of Education mostly to all Saudi's, Even though Saudi Arabia Providing Education To Their Natives still gives them the incomplete picture to HUMAN RIGHTS. For example where as 1 Foreigner wants it's rights against 1 Saudi, cannot fulfill it's needs cause the rights given to Saudi's is almost in favor to it & not to a Foreigner....Talking about Economy jobs are created & generated every now & then where talking about Capital Market still needs allot of improvement in it's Criteria.....

There is more to it than that. Saudi Arabia is still a developing country therefore it can not be considered a first world country. Most of the country still has unsophisticated housing, dirt roads, etc.  Also human rights, civil liberties are taken into account as well. I'm not going to bash the country but we all know they are about 50 years behind when it comes to human rights, woman's rights especially.

It depends on which definition of "third world" you are using. Economically Saudi Arabia is a first world country. When it comes to Freedom of the press it is a third world country. Google "Third World Country List"

Saudi Arabia is definitely one of the first world countries. Saudi has one of the best colleges in the Middle East. Further more, Saudi Arabia has the best Economic City in the Middle East, King Abdullah Economic City.
