  4. Dont believe everything you hear. The only way that there can be a housing crash is if the government can make enough people believe there is a housing slump. Dont be drawn in.

  5. part of the housing demand in england has been due to immigration.

    That is obviously not going to effect house values in Scotland so the impact will be lessened
