I can only speak for the one in florida. it does not close in december. as a matter of fact they usually decorate for the holidays and have special shows.

I don't belive so.Only very few parts of Florida mostly around the top area of the state get snow in December.The rest of the state get sun alot of the time exspically in the Orlando area where Sea World is located which is why some people go to the state durning some point of the winter season.Also Sea World is a year round park like Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Universal Studios so it never closes though like alot of places it probally closes on holidays like Christmas and it also closes if the weather gets really bad.

There are 3 Sea Worlds in the US and you did not mention which one you are talking about.

The ones in Orlando FL and San Diego CA are open all year. The one in San Antonio is open from Mid-March through Late December.
