Near Taman DR Seenivasagam a.k.a DR Park? Not that clean la, but lately less rubbish and plastic bags there since DBI (equivalent of DBKL) has stepped up their work there thanks to the development going on.

There are restaurants there, but the best food still in the ones not so near - about 50 meters away you find Ananda Bhawan Curry House, they have nice food at reasonable price.
