I just had to put my brown tabby cat, PJ down two weeks ago due to bladder stones. In a few weeks I'll be getting a cat. I've been looking at cat names because I keep calling the kitty i'm going to be getting PJ and I start bawling... PJ stands for Psycho Joy... Hey was a joy to have, but also very psycho as a kitten...

I will be getting a female cat, who's very active and snuggly... SiR is actually an acronym... I know this may sound silly, but I really like to be creative... SiR stands for Sparkle-in Roxy.

I was curious to know what other people thought of the name... I might call the cat "sir" or sparkle or roxy... not sure yet... have a cat by the name of SiR can really get conversations going... suggestions, ideas and comments gladly appreciated.

  1. I think SiR is a interesting name but like you said it might get conversations started. I think sparkle would be the best name for your cat!

  3. ...I think sparkle sounds like a cute name!

  4. theres nothing wrong with that. i have a cat that i named off a jose querrvo commercial and the cats will actually come to like 3 different names. jose, joser, querrvo, and a few others lol..
