  1. He might since he is a face of the NHL, but i wouldn't be shocked if he decides to stay home instead.


  2. i dont know why crosby will even bother to show up. what did he do in the stanley cup finals 2 goals in one game thats it so what. others have done way more goals then him in a series. if he even does ccome there isn o chance of him recieving an award

  3. Although I am very pleased that he wasn't even NOMINATED for an award, lost The Cup, and has every reason in the World to NOT show - I think the stupidest thing he could do is NOT show.

    That would show him to be a petty, pretty boy, wah-wah - and I really don't think he is. I actually think he's d**n good and it's going to be fun to see how his career goes. The fact that his teammates respect him is my cue.

    If he doesn't go - his Agent will have heart failure.

    But, some of you are right - I DON'T want him stealing the glory from the guys who deserve it this year and Sidney tends to be the Media's black hole.

  5. hopefully he isn't because i can't even stand looking at him. if he does show up in some way the whole awards show will end up about him. he sucks up all the attention. but if he does show up the only good thing will be to see him there getting no awards and not even being nominated for any and seeing how he acts

  6. Like him or loathe him, he will probably be there to hand out some hardware. He is the face of the game now, and even though he lost the cup, for his age he gained my respect. Now that doesn't mean that when he comes to Calgary ( yup, I'm a Flames Fan ) i don't want to see him get Phaneufed, cuz I love seeing anyone get Phaneufed. When Gretzky played, he was the face then, outside of Edmonton he was respected, and hated, but mostly hated. Sid does the same thing, I hate his guts, whiney little snot nosed, can't grow a playoff beard to save his life, youngin'. But would I want him on my team? In a freakin heartbeat
