There is no real judgment about who is the worst or the 'best'.  Honestly, there is no way to actually compare a country's evils without arguments about who's 'worst'.  I'm not happy with the evils in today's Earth.  I am in no way supportive of them- as a person who has wrote to Congress about Darfur and worked to raise support of human rights abuses in Myanmar, I will never deny that evils do exist.  Nonetheless, I don't think one can accurately and successfully prove that one nation is the most evil.  It is hard to try to define something as more evil than the other.

Also, one should not say the countries themselves are evil.  That would be stating that everyone in the country is evil.  Instead, people should be pointing fingers at the perpetrators, not an entire nation.

Really, though, it is hard to define a nation as the most awful.  But you can do a lot- write to your elected officials and ask them to help change the situation.  Talk to others about the situation, form a group dedicated towards advocating the cause, and hold events to gain awareness.  Also the most important action to do is to become as educated as ya could.

Regarding murder rates, South Africa and Columbia are worse. SA is among the worst in rapes, too, while the U.S. is sliding economically and politically. What is your yardstick?
