Is Sims 3 coming out for Mac at the same time as pc?

I'm really excited for Sims 3. But I have a mac, and usually most of the sims games come out for mac a few months after they come out for pc. I was researching a little, and one of the creators said that you can download the whole game off the site.

Is Sims 3 coming out for Mac at the same time as pc?

im prettty sure that it is. check the website see if they have any details, or e-mail them, they actaully answer.

It currently is only coming for the PC, however since every other Sims game has been ported to MAC, with the exception of simcity society, and that Spore is being released simultaneously on the mac, it is likely that Sims 3 will be coming out on the mac, just a couple of months later, ported by aspyr like usual.
