  2. Sorry, no... In my days in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I did raised this question to my Treasury lecturer before. The reason why SGD is not a world major currency is that the volume of transaction is not that high, compared to other currencies such as JPY, GBP, CHF, USD and EUR.
