Is Sky Broadband available in R. of Ireland?

I went to the web site and it says nothing about broadband. There's an "Ask a question" section on the English sky site and it says that it's available in Britain, N. Ireland and R. of Ireland, but i can't find it anywhere.

But my friend in England said her bro has it and he lives in Meath

Sky Broadband and Sky Talk are not currently available in the Republic of Ireland.
