Is Sky+ available in Canada?

For the people who don't know what Sky+ is- its a satalite box that lets you rewind, pause and record live TV. Up to 40 hours continuous playback. It's widely known that most familys have Sky+ in the UK.

I love it, and I want to get it. Is it available in Canada? If so, can you post the link to the website saying it is?
