Is Small p***s a Sign of Intelligence?

I have heard this somewhere a couple of times, so is there any truth to it.

Nope no truth. The intelligence comes from not thinking about stupid things like the size of your willy and getting on with things that are important. Pull your pants up and get a life!

It is a sign of a small p***s.

To make any other analogies you would have to define intelligence and then either define what size exactly is a small p***s, or try to correlate something like IQ to p***s size on a continuous scale. And are you talking soft or erect? If you do not answer these kinds of questions then all you have is hearsay. And how about women? What would the correlate be for women?
