  1. Ehh,,, have you not heard or tried hot and sour soup or egg drop soup? these are all real Chinese soups(although most Chinese restaurants in this country make them rather badly)


  2. I'm not sure but I think soup was invented before written history.

  3. It was invented right after "water" was discovered.  ( Yes, for you 'picky' people- they had to invent "bowl first but I figured that they had the coconuts or gourds and didn't bother to name them before they found "water')
