  1. No. An autocracy is a form of government where the power is held by a single, self appointed ruler. S. Africa has a parliamentary republic. The president there is similar to what one would call prime minister.

  2. With this sentence: "The U.S. is a democratic governed country." The list of adjectives (describing the country) must have commas or a conjunction separating them ("...democratic, governed..." or, "...democratic and governed..."), or you can make "democratic" into a adverb (so it describes the government), "democratically governed". Note that "governed" is not a past tense verb (or incomplete participle) in this sense.

Further more, the question, "Is S.Africa a autocratic govern country?" should be separated from the first, main clause; "an" should be used as a determiner for "autocratic" (and not "a"); "govern" should be "governed" (it is not a verb; it is an adjective); and, finally, you can choose to have "autocratic, governed" or, "autocratically governed". This is the final result: "The U.S. is a democratically governed country. Is S.Africa an autocratically governed country?"

EDIT: I don't even think I am answering the relevant questions. Sorry! Also, there are probably errors in my response, which is hypocritical. =(

  3. Autocratic = Dictatorship

Democratic = Leader elected by the people

South Africa has a president who was elected by the people in a national election process - sound familiar?  So yes, we are a democracy as well.
