Is South Korea cheap for electrical gadgets? Can you reccomend any shops?

The term "electrical gadgets" is very broad so I suppose it depends on what you mean.  As a general rule though, the Yongsan Electronics Mall (Sinyongsan Subway Station in Seoul) is a pretty safe bet.

No way, South Korea is not cheap for electrical gadgets... Unless you want to buy low-quality knockoffs that don't even have brand names. South Korean electronics companies, like Samsung, LG, iRiver, etc, are moderately to high priced. They don't really have shops specifically for them, but just go to any reputable electronics stores.
