Is StaTravel a good company?

i`m planning a gap year and i was wondering if anyone had good experiences with them. i will hopefully get an appointment with them at one of their offices to plan and discuss the trip.

I talked to a guy called Hugh Hoffman in their London office, he was really nice and helpful. STA had the cheapest flights I could find to Bangkok and when I had to change my flights to come home early their people there were really nice too and didn't rip me off.

I used them for a spring break trip.  They were OK.  I wouldn't call them great.  We got everything we paid for, but there were always increases in the prices that we agreed on.  Fuel surcharges and whatnot.
