Is Stars & Stripes fruit mist sparkling flavored water a good substitute for regular water?

I drank a bunch of it today and im hoping its not like drinking a regular soda.

  1. No it is not like drinking regular soda but it is totally not a subsitute for water.if you dont like just regular water then try putting lemon's,Lime's or anyother fruit in it if you dont like the taste.Dont ever stop drinking water okay becasue you could suffer from dehydration.
