Is Stella Artois now vegetarian? They claim that it no longer uses isinglass!?

The advertisers have explained that Isinglass was previously used in the clarification process. However, we have received their assurance that Isinglass is no longer used in the process and the end product does not contain Isinglass. Therefore, we consider the ad is unlikely to mislead on this basis.

  2. They've been on the tastebetter.com (now barnivore.com) list as vegan friendly for as long as I've used that database.

    Unless you're bothered by casein in the glue holding the label onto the bottle, Stella is vegan-friendly.
