Is Steve Francis done?

Does this guy anything left. He's only 31, but injuries have pretty much halted his career. Can he do anything for Houston next year, or should he just retire?

Can't help but wonder how he did in the 10 games he played last year.

There are players in the NBA that are winners.When questioned if a player has something left ,I go back to if there a winner or not.Steve Francis to me has never really been a winner in the NBA.

He only thinks about his Contract and not winning.

Giving him a shot would depend on how much he would play for.

Not sure what his health status is or even if he has been working out hard to come back.  I think he should retire.  Last year was just a disaster for him.  Did he even play any games last year.  He needs to hang it up.

man, he used to be my favorite point guard...but injuries have downgraded his game. i've seen the rockets play this year and he can still dunk, shoot threes, and pass dimes, but he isn't the same as he was 6-8 years ago.

Yea, he just had surgery this year. Next year I think he'll be ready to help the Rockets. he showed it in the pre-season last year.  He could be Alston's back up, if Alston goes down or his production decreases we might see Steve start. I know he wants to help this team a lot, because there is no other place that he wants to play than in Houston.

He got drafted then he would not report to that team.He was never happy ,No-matter where he played.

The dude is stupid. He is a total ballhog, and uncoachable. His career was finished a long time before most people figured it out.

for houston no because they have too many guards but for a team that has absolutely nothing running the point or being and sg then yes but as of now he is done
